Songs of the Sea by Francesca Ogliari
So excited to let you know that Francesca Ogliari’s third book Song of the Sea is not far away. A shipment will be heading our way in the first week of September and should be with us later in September.

Here is what Francesca has to say about her new book
This book is the union of two big passions: creative sewing and the sea.
“I love the atmosphere of the sea, with its colours, where deep colour and pastel shades flow in to one another.
I love the emotions that only poetry and certain sceneries can offer. The Song of the Sea was born in this way.
With the help of detailed explanations, patterns, drawings and fantastic pictures, you will be able to easily make lighthouses, skirts, ships, hats, cats and much more!
Beautiful but also useful objects, all come to life through the magic poetry of the Song of the Sea.
I have had a little preview and the book is full of wonderfully inspiring projects, stunning photographs - simply beautiful! If you too would like a little preview you can do so here. Some of the other projects are

and I just have to show another of these so, so cute aeroplanes - how gorgeous would a little boy’s nursery looked with these hanging from the ceiling

I can’t wait, I love so much how Francesca mixes linen into her projects - Love It! If you don’t want to miss out you may pre-order here
I have more wonderful news, especially for those of you who were disappointed to have missed out on purchasing a copy of Francesca’s second book Shabby Home - The Joy of Christmas - be disappointed no longer it is being reprinted! I should have stock available in late October/early November.

If you want to make sure you don’t miss out again I have put this up for pre-order here
And of course in case you missed it Francesca’s first book Shabby Home Beautiful Creations has also been reprinted and is available here right now.
